How do you match me with my fitness instructor?

We’ll take you through a free consultation chat, to determine your ideas and needs. We’ll aim to get to know the essence of what fitness styles would be most suitable for you and what type of personality you would find motivational in your instructors. Then we’ll match you with who we feel will work best for you.

Can I train with more than 1 instructor?

You can be as flexible as you like with your training program, it’s no problem if you want to train regularly with different instructors to focus on varying workout styles. In fact, we actively encourage it as variety in your workout is key to gaining all-round fitness.

What happens if I don’t like my instructor?

Just let us know and we’ll move you to somebody else. As we manage the business side for our instructors, you won’t be faced with any awkward conversations about future bookings.

Do the block session bookings have to be used within a certain time frame?

Single session- 1 month

6 sessions – 3 months

12 sessions – 6 months

What is the cancellation policy if I need to change my session time?

All cancellations must be received at least 48hrs before your training session in order to avoid being charged. This ensures the instructor has time to re-schedule you and potentially fill your original slot with another client.
