Not only are our fitness instructors highly qualified and knowledgeable, being professional performing artists they naturally have outstanding personalities!
They are dedicated and committed to the work they do, passionate about helping you reach your goals, and will give that “performance” energy to your workout session.
Working out isn’t easy, so we work with instructors that are really going to encourage and inspire you, making your workouts enjoyable and helping to keep you on track in your fitness journey.
We believe training schedules should be flexible, depending on your physical and mental needs at the time. You can choose to work with just one instructor, or have variety in your sessions, targeting your fitness requirements.

Emma Jones

Personal Training, Boxing, HIIT

Emma is a personal trainer specialising in strength and conditioning, boxing and group HIIT sessions. She looks to motivate and encourage clients in order to ensure they meet their goals inside and out of the gym. Emma believes that fitness isn’t just physical but its also about your mentality, working on the inside to help improve the outside. And strives to build body confidence in all her clients.

She has a sassy, fire cracker personality but ultimately wants to help people become the happiest, healthiest version of themselves.

Fitness has been her main focus throughout her life mainly when she started performing in musical theatre in shows like Dreamgirls and The Book of Mormon.

Emma believes that everyone can achieve any goal with a little bit of determination and the right mindset, which she’ll help you find!

Jamie is personal trainer, delivering classes and tailored programmes to a wide range of clients.
Jamie graduated from Tiffany Theatre College in 2014. His performing credits include The Band, the Musical; co-written and co-produced by the members of Take That.
He specialises in Strength and Conditioning, and HIIT style training. You will leave his sessions sweaty and feeling like you have accomplished something – every small step further you take per session adds up to a big improvement, be it in technique, knowledge or fitness levels. Or all of the above!

Jade is an actress, yoga teacher and content creator. She has appeared in BBC productions, health campaigns and voice overs. Jade teaches private clients, at events and hosted retreats & always looking for new, fun ideas to allow people to escape the norm and have an experience they will not forget!
Her style of yoga is PUN, challenging but also nourishing, allowing people to start their day/end their day right!
Jade wants people to leave feeling MIND, BODY & SOUL HAP-PEA and cannot wait to see you OM the mat.

Ashley Runeckles

Personal Training

Ashley is a personal trainer and performer who has worked in shows across the UK predominantly as an onstage swing and dance captain. She loves to entertain and educate whilst making others feel good which is why training comes so natural to her. Her specialist areas include resistance training, circuit training, HIIT and flexibility and mobility.

She is extremely organised and pays close attention to detail, carefully catering each session to the individual clients wants and needs. She may be small, but like her onstage presence – she’s strong and mighty, and is eager to share her passion and knowledge with others to help them find the happiest and healthiest versions of themselves

Tim is a qualified fitness instructor, specialising in group training, who has an extensive background in the performing arts. Trained at Guildford School of Acting, his performing credits include hit shows such as Book of Mormon, Wicked and Tarzan.
Linking his incredible performance skills with his dedication to fitness, he continually inspires others, and it would appear no fitness challenge is too great for him to take on! If you want high energy, you have come to the right fitness instructor.

Jahrel Thomas

With an outstanding professional dance career, Jahrel’s fitness has provided him with the education and knowledge to perform in West End Theatre shows such as The Lion King and Disney Movies around the world for the last eight years.

Jahrel believes everybody needs a vision and the need to feel good, whether getting ready for summer, a holiday, a wedding, or genuinely wanting to improve overall fitness and wellbeing. Jahrel believes with teamwork he can help turn that vision into a reality.

Her motto is ‘building a stronger you’. When you work with Ellen you can expect the focus to be solely around you and your fitness goals.

Steph graduated from Arts Ed in 2004 with a degree in Musical Theatre. She has appeared in numerous West End shows including Wicked, Mamma Mia!, Billy Elliot and 42nd Street. She also originated the role of Kate in Mamma Mia! The Party; an immersive theatrical experience at The O2 created by Bjorn Ulveus. Steph made national headlines when she ran down the road from 42nd Street to take over the role of Donna in Mamma Mia! at a moments’ notice.
She can also be seen in the current season of ITV’s Unforgotten.
Steph is a Level 3 PT, has a passion for fitness and regularly teaches Body Combat, Body Pump, Body Conditioning, Legs Bums and Tums, circuit training and Dance fitness. She specialises in resistance training for women who may feel a little less confident in a gym environment.

Yoga

Lucie is a certified Yoga instructor, and a professional performer. Having trained at Laine Performing Arts, Lucie has gone on to perform in West-End shows such as Wicked, the Musical.
Alongside her career in the performing arts, Lucie has developed her passion for fitness and yoga. She offers fabulous Vinyasa flows and calming Hatha yoga practices involving the breath, body and mind, to work on flexibility, strength and balance throughout the whole body.

Billy Warren

Billy has been lucky enough to have a career in performing arts for the past 10 years and now shares an equal passion for fitness and well-being.

Since qualifying as a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Billy has worked in some top London health and fitness centres.  He delivers 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions in gyms, parks or even in the comfort of your own home.

Billy has a really strong belief in exercise not only helping you physically but mentally also and has a passion to help clients feel healthier and happier in every aspect.

A key factor of Billy’s sessions are for his clients to build confidence and have fun.  He finds a way to push people to make them work hard whilst keeping the experience positive and uplifting.

Daisy is a certified Barre instructor, and ISTD/IDTA Ballet teacher. A Musical Theatre professional performer by trade, she has taught dance for many years alongside her performing career and loves barre, Pilates and group fitness. So why not combine the lot?!
Expect to work hard whilst having the time of your life. Daisy’s classes are all about you feeling amazing, helping you work towards any goals you may have, or just letting everything go and clearing your mind for an hour. She will provide a safe space for you to exceed in something new, build strength and to show up for yourself.

Amy is a Personal Trainer, and professional dancer and choreographer. Her passion for fitness derives from her professional dance background and she a great understanding in body alignment, movement pathways and stretching and mobility. She also loves working out to banging tunes so be sure to send in your requests! 

Amy’s sessions cater for all abilities and she prides herself on being able to offer up exercise alternatives so anyone can participate and feel comfortable and safe. As your coach she will strive to educate, empower and support your individual needs and she looks forward to being a part of your fitness journey.

A professional performer with credits in well-known shows like Mamma Mia, Chloe brings an exceptional personality to her teaching. She is a Level 3 certified PT and a qualified Pilates instructor, who trained as a musical theatre performer at Italia Conti Performing Arts.
As her performing career progressed, she started to really understand the importance of health and fitness, especially when it came to maintaining strength and limiting the chance of injury whilst dancing. Chloe bubbles with enthusiasm and passes her passion on to all those that train with her.

Yoga

Fizz is a Registered Specialist Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance UK. She teaches Vinyasa Flow, Ayurveda Yoga, as well as Yoga for Cardiac and Rehabilitation, Yoga for Sleep Recovery & Insomnia & Yoga for Cancer.
In addition to being a warm and welcoming yoga instructor, Fizz is a Registered Associate Nutritionist, and with her sparkling personality, you would not be surprised to hear she also works a children’s entertainer. You will leave her class feeling like you have been re-born, with an enormous sense of wellbeing, love and light in your life.

Barre Fitness, Rebounding

Jenny has been a Fitness Instructor for two and a half years and is also a Musical Theatre performer. She trained at The Urdang Academy and has been performing in small productions since graduating, alongside building her career as an Instructor. She teaches everything from barre and dance fitness, to box fit, rebounding and HIIT. Expect some great music and a smiley instructor who will motivate you to work hard in a supportive environment.

Charlotte Adams

Personal Training

Charlotte is a qualified Personal Trainer, ISTD dance teacher and a professional Musical Theatre Performer! Her love of fitness derives from her dance background, so Charlotte has a great understanding of body alignment, strengthening, mobility and stretching. As well as HIIT and resistance-based training, Charlotte also incorporates these aspects into her classes in the form of Barre and Ballet-Fit workouts. Charlotte’s aim for all of her classes is to have fun and make a workout enjoyable, so if that’s by working out to your requests of some groovy 80’s music, then she is definitely up for it!

Charlotte’s sessions are designed for all abilities and she is always willing to offer any adaptations or variations to clients, so everyone feels comfortable and safe in her class. She prides herself on her motivational skills and her bubbly personality and as your coach she will be here to support you throughout your fitness journey to help you achieve your goals!

Julia is a Choreographer, Movement Director and Yoga Teacher.
She worked for a number of years as a performer and now has a successful career on the creative side of productions.
Wellbeing for both the body and mind has always been an extremely important in Julia’s life and work, working first as a fitness instructor and now Yoga teacher alongside her theatre work.
Julia Specialises in Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama and “Wind Down Flow”, which incorporates a slow vinyasa, restorative poses and meditation.
Julia has a wealth of experience teaching beginners up to advanced students, from age 3 to 90! She is a caring teacher and is hugely passionate about Yoga being available to everyone.

Maddy is an actress/ personal trainer/ group fitness instructor! She is incredibly passionate about teaching workouts to everyone in a fun and approachable way! Fitness may not be easy, but it is incredibly simple and with Maddy as your trainer you will be your most fit and confident!
As a trainer she is bubbly, warm, and fun but can also make you sweat buckets from her workouts! Above all she cares about you as a client. Always easy to reach via phone, Maddy will check in for questions and motivation as well as take the time to learn your goals and lifestyle to make fitness fit into your everyday life!

Amy Harvey

Amy is a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Musical Theatre performer based in South West London. She is a 2020 graduate with a Masters in Musical Theatre from Mountview, also with a BA in Musical Theatre from Glasgow Academy of Musical Theatre Arts.

Amy specialises in HIIT, strength training and killer core workouts!

Amy prides herself on her Musical Theatre training and is so grateful for all that it has taught her; discipline, efficiency, adaptability, motivation, commitment, self initiative and many more as we all know! Since graduating she has been lucky enough to perform in various outdoor venues, lockdown restricting.

As a Personal Trainer, Amy’s main goal is to get you from where you are to where you want to be, she holds her clients accountable and ensures consistency, but always enables and definitely not dictates, unless you want the push. Amy is all about tailoring plans, exercises and lifestyle choices to your specific needs.

Don’t be fooled by Amy’s nice, polite, welsh persona, being nicknamed “The Drill Sergeant”  by clients, once the session starts there’s no turning back.

Ella is Personal Trainer specialising in Mat and Reformer Pilates, based in South East London. With a strong track record, she helps people feel their most confident selves and is passionate about helping you reach your goals, whatever they may be.
Her background is in Dance and Musical Theatre which has naturally led to her passion for taking care of the mind and body through exercise. She encourages all of her clients to put time aside for themselves and find a way to move their body which they enjoy!

Lavinia is a professional Dancer and Yoga Teacher. She was born on a Greek island and very quickly learnt to appreciate the simplicity of life, the natural beauty of nature and the power of the sea.

Lavinia made the big move to London to train at Arts Educational School, and then furthered her training at Bird College, where she graduated with a BA (Hons) Degree in Professional Dance & Musical Theatre.

Her professional contracts have allowed her to combine my love of performing, with travel around the world. Over the years, Lavinia found a new passion in Yoga and the lifestyle that it represents. Before she knew it, it became such an integral part of her everyday life that the decision to pursue it further and become a teacher was a clear path. She trained and graduated from the wonderful school Yoga Union Bali, where she met some beautiful souls.

Lavinia is very excited to be teaching for BBM Fitness and helping you on your journey. She looks forward to seeing you on the mat soon!

Maria Winson

Maria is a Qualified Personal Trainer and Musical Theatre Performer based in North London!

Her fitness journey began when training at Bodywork Company Cambridge in 2016-19 where she grew to love the artistry, discipline and commitment you needed to become a dancer and the experience has changed the way she views the human body forever-more!

Maria hopes to show you how INCREDIBLE the body is and how you can experience the joy of movement and exercise.

As a trainer, Maria will guide you through exercises and techniques to strengthen, stabilise and stretch your body! She is smiley, bubbly and her enthusiasm will be the pick-me-up you need any day of the week! You will leave your session feeling happier, healthier and stronger each week! Maria can Personal Train clients 1:1 online or in North London, she will support you every step of the way!

Lili is a level 3 specialist personal trainer and nutritional coach. Alongside regular training sessions, she is also qualified to accept medical referrals and to support training goals within specific athletic sports. Specialist areas include HIIT, strength and conditioning, flexibility, and barre; all of which can be delivered either 1-1 or as a group session, online or in person, and within both indoor/outdoor environments.

A graduate from Bird College, Lili continues to enjoy a wide ranging career within dance and musical theatre, accrediting work on stage, television and cruise ships – both in the UK and internationally – to her name. Harnessing the strengths from her acquired skills as a performer, Lili is keen to pass on her understanding of fitness as a key contributor for a happy and rewarding life. She believes in training “beneath the armour”, targeting both mind and body to elevate levels of confidence, perseverance, energy and self-love.

Whether at the beginning of your fitness journey or looking to push to the next level, Lili is ready to offer dedicated support so that all your physical goals come from a happy and sustainable place.

Lee Keenor

Lee Keenor is a professional Handbalancer and Personal Trainer based in London. He graduated from the National Centre for Circus Arts, London in 2019 specialising in handbalancing whilst also training in hand to hand, aerial and other circus disciplines in his time there.

Lee now coaches handbalancing, fitness and mobility classes. In his sessions Lee provides high-level guidance, exercises and progressions to all participants, allowing them to feel confident and grow toward their own goals and achievements.

Lee has helped clients to achieve their fitness aims in many areas from weight-loss, skill-specific work or developing muscle mass and always helps clients to see the fun in a challenge and to overcome it!

Laura Croucher

Yoga

Laura is a Qualified Yoga Instructor, as well as a Professional Dancer and Musical Theatre Performer. Laura trained at The Hammond School for the Performing arts and after Graduation, went on to work in musicals such as Mary Poppins das Musical and Tanz Der Vampire.

From a very early age, Laura’s life was centred around movement. Having grown up in a household where both Parents danced, it meant that keeping active and fit was an integral part of her everyday life from the start. Laura has always had a lot of energy, so her love of yoga began as a way to slow down and calm her mind, as well as maintain the flexibility and strength needed for her dancing career. After years of practicing yoga alongside her dancing, she decided to take her passion for Yoga a step further and qualified as a Yoga Teacher.

Laura believes that Yoga is the perfect way to reconnect with, and listen to our bodies. She is so passionate about sharing her love of yoga with you and to help you to strengthen that mind-body connection

Jack Hinton

Jack Hinton is a personal trainer specialising in kickboxing/ HIIT and functional training.

Growing up as a ‘military kid’, Jack always sets out to ensure his clients are making the most out of every second of their workout, with his ‘military’-like style of instructing- along with the upbeat energy and enthusiasm one can expect from a professional musical theatre actor (some sass may be included!!)

Originally from Wales, Jack moved to London to train in dance and musical theatre, graduating from Bird College in 2017. Jack was recently in ‘Starlight Express’ so don’t be surprised if you see him at your session in a pair of roller skates… just kidding! Jack takes great pride in ensuring all his clients develop a strong confidence in themselves AND in fitness whilst also celebrating YOUR fabulousness, putting you through your paces so you leave his sessions feeling liberated, powerful and ready to take on the world!

Jordan is a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 1 CrossFit Coach and Actor.

Having trained at The bridge Theatre Training Company Jordan can be seen on both screen and stage. Her other passion in life is fitness and having grown up doing gymnastics she is a huge believer of exercise being playful and fun. She specialises in CrossFit style training, weightlifting, HIIT sessions and gymnastics.

Jordan believes she can help her clients achieve any goal big or small and wants them to feel strong and empowered both physically and mentally. She wants you to become the happiest powerhouse you can be, squash any stigma that women can’t lift and enjoy the journey of becoming your best self.
