Becky Barrett
Barre Fitness
The founder of BBM Fitness, Becky is an established West-End and international stage, film and TV talent manager. She is also an ex-professional performer and a certified and experienced fitness instructor. Becky is driven by her holistic approach to people management. She is passionate about offering a bespoke approach to fitness that considers every individual and that offers something extra than the standard fitness instructor. She emphatically believes that personality goes hand in hand with knowledge in the ability to be able to offer excellent training.

Jamie Corner
Personal Training, HIIT
Jamie is personal trainer, delivering classes and tailored programmes to a wide range of clients.
Jamie graduated from Tiffany Theatre College in 2014. His performing credits include The Band, the Musical; co-written and co-produced by the members of Take That.
He specialises in Strength and Conditioning, and HIIT style training. You will leave his sessions sweaty and feeling like you have accomplished something – every small step further you take per session adds up to a big improvement, be it in technique, knowledge or fitness levels. Or all of the above!

Jade Coles
Yoga
Jade is an actress, yoga teacher and content creator. She has appeared in BBC productions, health campaigns and voice overs. Jade teaches private clients, at events and hosted retreats & always looking for new, fun ideas to allow people to escape the norm and have an experience they will not forget!
Her style of yoga is PUN, challenging but also nourishing, allowing people to start their day/end their day right!
Jade wants people to leave feeling MIND, BODY & SOUL HAP-PEA and cannot wait to see you OM the mat.

Tim Edwards
Barre Fitness, Boxing, HIIT
Tim is a qualified fitness instructor, specialising in group training, who has an extensive background in the performing arts. Trained at Guildford School of Acting, his performing credits include hit shows such as Book of Mormon, Wicked and Tarzan.
Linking his incredible performance skills with his dedication to fitness, he continually inspires others, and it would appear no fitness challenge is too great for him to take on! If you want high energy, you have come to the right fitness instructor.

Ellen Baker
Personal Training, Boxing, HIIT
Ellen is a Level 3 qualified personal trainer and also a trained professional dancer and performer, which is where her love and passion for fitness first stemmed from! Her motto is ‘building a stronger you’. When you work with Ellen you can expect the focus to be solely around you and your fitness goals.

Lucie Horsfall
Yoga
Lucie is a certified Yoga instructor, and a professional performer. Having trained at Laine Performing Arts, Lucie has gone on to perform in West-End shows such as Wicked, the Musical.
Alongside her career in the performing arts, Lucie has developed her passion for fitness and yoga. She offers fabulous Vinyasa flows and calming Hatha yoga practices involving the breath, body and mind, to work on flexibility, strength and balance throughout the whole body.

Daisy Winter-Taylor
Barre Fitness
Daisy is a certified Barre instructor, and ISTD/IDTA Ballet teacher. A Musical Theatre professional performer by trade, she has taught dance for many years alongside her performing career and loves barre, Pilates and group fitness. So why not combine the lot?!
Expect to work hard whilst having the time of your life. Daisy’s classes are all about you feeling amazing, helping you work towards any goals you may have, or just letting everything go and clearing your mind for an hour. She will provide a safe space for you to exceed in something new, build strength and to show up for yourself.

Chloe Lindsay
Pilates, Personal Training
A professional performer with credits in well-known shows like Mamma Mia, Chloe brings an exceptional personality to her teaching. She is a Level 3 certified PT and a qualified Pilates instructor, who trained as a musical theatre performer at Italia Conti Performing Arts.
As her performing career progressed, she started to really understand the importance of health and fitness, especially when it came to maintaining strength and limiting the chance of injury whilst dancing. Chloe bubbles with enthusiasm and passes her passion on to all those that train with her.

Steph Parry
Personal Training, HIIT
Steph graduated from Arts Ed in 2004 with a degree in Musical Theatre. She has appeared in numerous West End shows including Wicked, Mamma Mia!, Billy Elliot and 42nd Street. She also originated the role of Kate in Mamma Mia! The Party; an immersive theatrical experience at The O2 created by Bjorn Ulveus. Steph made national headlines when she ran down the road from 42nd Street to take over the role of Donna in Mamma Mia! at a moments’ notice.
She can also be seen in the current season of ITV’s Unforgotten.
Steph is a Level 3 PT, has a passion for fitness and regularly teaches Body Combat, Body Pump, Body Conditioning, Legs Bums and Tums, circuit training and Dance fitness. She specialises in resistance training for women who may feel a little less confident in a gym environment.

Fizz Yasin
Yoga
Fizz is a Registered Specialist Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance UK. She teaches Vinyasa Flow, Ayurveda Yoga, as well as Yoga for Cardiac and Rehabilitation, Yoga for Sleep Recovery & Insomnia & Yoga for Cancer.
In addition to being a warm and welcoming yoga instructor, Fizz is a Registered Associate Nutritionist, and with her sparkling personality, you would not be surprised to hear she also works a children’s entertainer. You will leave her class feeling like you have been re-born, with an enormous sense of wellbeing, love and light in your life.

Jenny Lake
Barre Fitness, Rebounding
Jenny has been a Fitness Instructor for two and a half years and is also a Musical Theatre performer. She trained at The Urdang Academy and has been performing in small productions since graduating, alongside building her career as an Instructor. She teaches everything from barre and dance fitness, to box fit, rebounding and HIIT. Expect some great music and a smiley instructor who will motivate you to work hard in a supportive environment.

Julia Cave
Yoga
Julia is a Choreographer, Movement Director and Yoga Teacher.
She worked for a number of years as a performer and now has a successful career on the creative side of productions.
Wellbeing for both the body and mind has always been an extremely important in Julia’s life and work, working first as a fitness instructor and now Yoga teacher alongside her theatre work.
Julia Specialises in Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama and “Wind Down Flow”, which incorporates a slow vinyasa, restorative poses and meditation.
Julia has a wealth of experience teaching beginners up to advanced students, from age 3 to 90! She is a caring teacher and is hugely passionate about Yoga being available to everyone.

Maddy Ingram
Barre Fitness, Pilates, HIIT
Maddy is an actress/ personal trainer/ group fitness instructor! She is incredibly passionate about teaching workouts to everyone in a fun and approachable way! Fitness may not be easy, but it is incredibly simple and with Maddy as your trainer you will be your most fit and confident!
As a trainer she is bubbly, warm, and fun but can also make you sweat buckets from her workouts! Above all she cares about you as a client. Always easy to reach via phone, Maddy will check in for questions and motivation as well as take the time to learn your goals and lifestyle to make fitness fit into your everyday life!

Ella Griffiths
Pilates
Ella is Personal Trainer specialising in Mat and Reformer Pilates, based in South East London. With a strong track record, she helps people feel their most confident selves and is passionate about helping you reach your goals, whatever they may be.
Her background is in Dance and Musical Theatre which has naturally led to her passion for taking care of the mind and body through exercise. She encourages all of her clients to put time aside for themselves and find a way to move their body which they enjoy!

Stephanie Parkin
Personal Training, Boxing
Stephanie is a personal trainer and life coach with 25 years of experience. She believes that life coaching helps with the mental ability to achieve the results we want.
She is predominantly a personal trainer and is currently building a client base which includes clients with critical conditions, such as strokes, ataxia, cancer, old age etc.
As an ex-professional dancer, she also offer an added bonus of being able to combine dance and conditioning in some of her classes.

Personal training covers a variety of tailored instruction to help with toning, building strength & flexibility, weight loss, improving cardio and overall fitness levels.
Yoga
Yoga is a physical and spiritual discipline, practised whilst focusing the mind and breathing. It helps tone and improve strength & flexibility, and creates an all-round sense of wellbeing. The health benefits of yoga training are numerous and it is excellent for stress management.
Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise training designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and also enhance mental awareness.
It is often used for rehabilitation purposes.
Ballet & Barre Fitness
A mixture of low impact, high-intensity exercise training, with foundations of ballet technique, designed to work the entire body, strengthening the core and improving posture.
